12 Stages of Healing

Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI) (Body-Breath Integration)
is a revolutionary approach that includes specific exercises which link enhanced body awareness with breath and movement, creating an increased experience of peace and safety within the body. SRI is utilised in accompaniment with your Network Spinal Analysis journey. This helps release tension, enhances flexibility and shifts in states of consciousness and being.

Stress

We hold our breath when we are distressed or in crisis and breathe more fully when we are relaxed.  We can pretend or lie to ourselves through our words and thoughts, but we can't hide from our touch, our breath or our movement.  As we go through our healing processes we spontaneously breathe, move and contact our bodies in certain ways as our body attempts to integrate separated, alienated or wounded parts of us.

With SRI, you use your hands to touch your body, adding specific breath patterns, movements and focused awareness, in order to reconnect in safety to the body-mind and unlock its healing energy and wisdom.

We do not have to re-experience an event in our lives for healing to occur.   We simply need to connect with the body part that was blocked (where our body went into defence), use our declaration or acknowledgments associated with the particular stage we are in and integrate using breath, movement and awareness.

Remember in times of crisis and symptoms, SRI will provide you with a tool in that moment to redirect your body's  attention, connect with your body, releasing of tension and promotes greater ease.
